Attendees who are based out of Ithaca will be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation.
Weill Cornell participants:
Bus transportation to and from the event and accommodation in Ithaca are being offered. Participants must register in order to secure their space.

For Weill Cornell participants who indicate that they would like transportation arranged to/from Ithaca during registration. A meeting planner will reserve your seat on a bus. The approximate bus schedule is as follows:
Monday, June 3
6:45 AM – Bus loads from Weill Cornell Campus
7:00 AM – Bus departs
11:30 AM – Arrives to Ithaca Campus
Wednesday, June 5
3:45 PM – Bus loads from Statler Hotel on Ithaca Campus
4:00 PM – Bus departs
8:00 PM – Arrives on Weill Cornell Campus

A meeting planner will make your reservation. Your reservation will be arranged under your name at the Statler Hotel on the Ithaca Campus.
Check-in starts at 4:00 PM on Monday, June 3
Check-out will be 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 5
